Our skilled team brings over 100 years of combined machining and roll reconditioning experience, enabling us to offer reverse engineering even without original drawings. We serve OEMs, steel service centers, and maintenance teams with complete in-house capabilities — from induction hardening and CNC turning to super finishing and certified inspection.

Master Roll now operates out of a 71,000 sq. ft. facility in New Carlisle, Indiana, consolidating all operations under one roof for greater efficiency and throughput. We continue to expand our equipment and technology to serve growing demand:
