INDUCTION HARDENING
Master Roll Manufacturing is proud to own and operate our own Induction Hardening facility known as Master Induction Heat Treat, located on the same property as our roll manufacturing operation. We can offer this service on a variety of steel grades and sizes ranging from 1" to 6" in diameter, up to 14' lengths. We can also provide multi-diameter and isolated zone heat treating including various hardness requirements on a single work piece. See additional services below. Hardened to your specifications.
Tempered and straightened.
