Master Roll Manufacturing produces Steel Rolls and Roll Cores for a variety of machine manufacturers, as well as end users. All fabrication, machining, grinding, and finishing is done at our northwest Indiana facility conveniently located in the heart of the steel service industry.
We specialize in producing premium steel work rolls, smooth or grooved intermediates, and backup bearings for the coil and toll processing industries. In addition we also manufacture various other types of rolls for this industry and many others including, pinch and feed rolls, hold down and measuring rolls, driveshafts, light or heavy knurled rolls, as well as covered or uncovered roll cores.

We can produce precision steel rolls and roll cores from 240" in length, up to 36" diameter. *weight restrictions apply
Master Roll also provides quality reconditioning services on many roll types and backup bearings.
